Getting Your Gear to You
At Beatlab, we know how important it is to get your gear quickly and safely.
This policy explains how we handle shipping and delivery for orders placed through our store.

Shipping Options
Standard Delivery (South Africa): We ship nationwide using trusted courier partners.
Delivery usually takes 2 – 5 business days depending on your location.

Express Delivery: Where available, you can choose express shipping at checkout for faster delivery (usually 2 – 3 business days).
Regional Delivery: Assume additional 1 – 2 working days for transit times.

International Delivery: We’re working on expanding across Africa and beyond. If you’re outside South Africa, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm shipping options and costs.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and delivery address.
Occasionally, we run free shipping promotions – keep an eye out!

Order Processing
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 – 2 business days once payment is confirmed.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control
(public holidays, courier delays, strikes, or customs if outside SA).
Rural or outlying areas may take a bit longer to reach.

Tracking Your Order
We’ll send you a tracking link once your order has shipped.
You can follow your parcel every step of the way until it arrives at your door.

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts,
we’ll contact you to arrange re-delivery.
Additional shipping fees may apply for re-sending.

Events, Courses & Digital Products
Digital content (downloads, courses, memberships) is delivered instantly via your account or email – no shipping fees apply.
Event tickets are sent electronically.
