Getting Your Gear to You
At Beatlab, we know how important it is to get your gear quickly and safely.
This policy explains how we handle shipping and delivery for orders placed through our store.
Shipping Options
Standard Delivery (South Africa): We ship nationwide using trusted courier partners.
Delivery usually takes 2 – 5 business days depending on your location.
Express Delivery: Where available, you can choose express shipping at checkout for faster delivery (usually 2 – 3 business days).
Regional Delivery: Assume additional 1 – 2 working days for transit times.
International Delivery: We’re working on expanding across Africa and beyond. If you’re outside South Africa, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm shipping options and costs.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and delivery address.
Occasionally, we run free shipping promotions – keep an eye out!
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 – 2 business days once payment is confirmed.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control
(public holidays, courier delays, strikes, or customs if outside SA).
Rural or outlying areas may take a bit longer to reach.
Tracking Your Order
We’ll send you a tracking link once your order has shipped.
You can follow your parcel every step of the way until it arrives at your door.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts,
we’ll contact you to arrange re-delivery.
Additional shipping fees may apply for re-sending.

Refund and Returns Policy
Beatlab Return & Refund Policy
Last updated: 15 September 2025
We’ve Got You
At Beatlab we want you to feel confident when you buy from us – whether it’s gear, a course, or a ticket to one of our events. If something’s not right, we’ll do our best to sort it out quickly and fairly.
Physical Products (gear, accessories, equipment)
You can return unused items within 7 days of delivery if they’re still in their original packaging and in good condition.
If your gear arrives damaged or faulty, let us know within 48 hours (snap a pic if you can). We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Some items can’t be returned – like opened headphones, microphones, or software with license keys.
Digital Products (downloads, courses, memberships)
Once you’ve accessed or downloaded digital content, it can’t be “returned,” so refunds generally aren’t possible.
But – if you have a tech issue or can’t access what you bought, we’ll work with you to fix it or, if needed, issue a credit/refund.
Events & Experiences
Can’t make it? If you cancel at least 7 days before the event, we’ll refund your ticket.
If you don’t show up, we can’t refund – but you can transfer your ticket to a friend, just let us know in advance.
If Beatlab cancels or moves an event, you’ll get a full refund or the option to use your ticket for the rescheduled date.
How to Request a Return or Refund
Email us at hello@beatlab.co.za with your order number and what went wrong.
We’ll check it out and let you know the next steps.
Once approved, refunds usually land back in your account within 7–10 business days.
A Few Things to Note
Sale and clearance items are final and can’t be refunded.
If you bought something through one of our partners, their return policy will apply.
